I have put together a list of various activities to give you an idea of how each affects your burn. Sitting still (aka at rest), most people expend roughly 1-2 calories per minute, depending on your body weight, sex, etc. I have included both activities that burn a lot of calories, and also a separate chart that shows activities that don’t burn very many.

Use these charts as references so that you can get moving this season and burn off those extra goodies here and there that you want to enjoy along the way!!

well, wat can i say abt SJ Prom 08....hmmm, ITS COOL ! haha its deff worth paying Rm130 only for it, and its at KL Tower...cant get that shit any other school...all the wonderful bands like bunkface, 1 buck-shot and k-town klan...etc..ohh btw i got LUCKY !! Im "The Best Dressed Male 08" YAHHOOO !!

holy crap, i havent made up my mind on which style to go with...my 1st idea was suppose to kinda casual formal but i ask some of my friends for opinion , they said its too formal...sooo i thought of another idea...walllaaa !!! "y not something simple,i said ?" so i finally just b4 prom starts i finally set my mind to the simple style..... YEAH its worth it !!! cozzzz........

Highlands !!!

HeRe we are at Highlands, wat a funnn trip !! 7 ppl share a room, none of us actually slept xcept for jade...she have to push me down the bed & dowan to share the blanket...damn i was freezing especially my legs...we went out to some dark cold place at 3am after some booze, sadly jian liang puke and cant come along..Mikesh told us some really freaky ghost stories....2 of us said they saw something but not sure wat was it...it just makes the whole exp scarier..damn ! anyway the next day we suppose to sit the flying coaster but the damn thing spoil when we were getting the ticks...and guess wat, we got lyn to sit the coaster but lucky her !!! arghh !! all of us were like "damn lyn, so lucky ar !! next time u kena la !!!! " haha anyway then we went back at 4pm reach sj around 6pm, dono y its abit long......anyway thanks Mikesh for the ride !!
